Q247 offers a useful feature for tracking individual developer performance, which supports accurate effort assessment and productivity monitoring. It aggregates data from all contributors to estimate the total effort spent on delivering changes within the project.

You can access developer's performance metrics either from Participants view or from a given project's performance view.

Following performance data is available for each of the developers:

• Performance within given project (calories, commits, lines). You can see performance across multiple time periods.
• Total individual performance in your organization so you can compare developer agains other people in your organization.
• Projects where the developer participated in your organization.
